Distribution column headings need to be worked only once on the first page. Removal of perforated head strips on the following pages exposes the first page headings. Each page offers space for 25 entries and the book offers space for up to 1000 entries. Right-hand page includes a check and deposit register as well as sections for credit and bank account. Five extra credit columns can be used for either payroll deduction or breakdown of income. Bank account subheadings are date of deposit amount of deposit and balance. The left-hand page describes debit distribution with unlabeled columns for easy customization. Columns are printed in green ink on white ledger paper.
