Back-mounted, nonlocking, steel round rings with dual opening and closing triggers allow sheets to lie flat. 3"" ring capacity accommodates approximately 625 sheets. Horizontal pockets on the inside front and back covers secure loose documents. Each pocket holds 40 sheets. Binder also offers exposed rivets and a sturdy chipboard core.
